Effective Date

These Terms of Service are effective as of January 19, 2026.

Nature of Services (No Lending or Credit Decisions)

Keak AI, Inc., doing business as Maple Drive ("Maple Drive"), operates solely as a marketing and lead-generation platform. Maple Drive is not a lender, dealer, broker, or financial institution, and does not provide loans, credit approvals, underwriting, or financial advice of any kind.

Age Eligibility & Legal Capacity

Maple Drive's services are intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By submitting information, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

Maple Drive does not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. Any information submitted by an individual under 18 may be rejected or deleted without notice.

Credit Authorization & Disclosure

Maple Drive itself does not obtain consumer credit reports. However, you expressly authorize participating third-party partners, including automotive dealers, lenders, and finance companies, to obtain consumer credit reports for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility for financing or vehicle-related offers.

Such credit inquiries may include soft credit inquiries and/or hard credit inquiries. Hard credit inquiries may impact your credit score. Maple Drive does not control whether a soft or hard inquiry is used and is not responsible for any impact on your credit profile.

Submission of your information constitutes written authorization, where legally permitted, for such credit inquiries by Maple Drive's partners.

Consent to Contact (TCPA Compliance)

By submitting your information, you provide express written consent to be contacted by Maple Drive and its partners via telephone, automated dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, SMS/text messages, and email communications.

Consent is not a condition of purchase and may be withdrawn at any time through reasonable means, including unsubscribe links or replying STOP to text messages.

No Guarantee of Financing

Submission of information does not guarantee loan approval, financing terms, interest rates, vehicle availability, or any specific outcome. All credit and financing decisions are made solely by independent third parties.

Maximum Limitation of Liability

Maple Drive provides its services to consumers at no cost. Users acknowledge that they do not pay Maple Drive any fees for submitting information or using the platform.

Accordingly, Maple Drive shall not be liable to any consumer for monetary damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

If, notwithstanding the foregoing, any liability is imposed, Maple Drive's total cumulative liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars (USD $100) in the aggregate. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if Maple Drive has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
