1. Introduction

MapleDrive is a brand operated by Keak AI, Inc. ("MapleDrive", "we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, process, and protect personal information when you use our websites, landing pages, online forms, text/SMS channels, phone intake processes, advertisements, or other services connected to MapleDrive (collectively, the "Platform").

MapleDrive operates a digital automotive finance lead generation and matching platform. We create and manage advertising campaigns, collect consumer application information, and route or match consumers seeking vehicle financing with selected automotive dealerships and related automotive finance partners (collectively, "Network Partners").

MapleDrive is not a bank, lender, credit union, dealership, broker, vehicle seller, credit repair company, or credit reporting agency. MapleDrive does not pull consumer credit reports itself, make credit or financing decisions, approve or deny financing, sell vehicles, set loan terms, or complete vehicle transactions. Those activities are handled by Network Partners.

Keak AI, Inc. operates MapleDrive and may use technology, analytics, optimization, hosting, data routing, and platform support services to provide and improve MapleDrive.

Keak AI, Inc. is responsible for personal information collected through MapleDrive and under its control. Privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, and complaints may be sent to privacy@mapledrive.ca.

2. Privacy Laws

MapleDrive handles personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy and anti-spam laws, which may include:

• The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
• Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act
• British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act
• Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25, where applicable
• Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

If you are located in Quebec, we will apply any additional privacy requirements that apply to our services, including requirements relating to transparency, confidentiality incidents, transfers outside Quebec, profiling or tracking, privacy settings, de-indexing, and data portability where applicable.

3. Quebec Privacy Rights and Law 25

For Quebec residents, MapleDrive applies additional protections where required by Quebec privacy law. These protections may include:

• Providing a contact method for privacy questions, requests, and complaints
• Providing clear information about the personal information we collect, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom information may be disclosed
• Providing information about technologies that may identify, locate, or profile a user where applicable
• Obtaining consent for non-essential tracking, profiling, or advertising technologies where required by law
• Assessing and applying appropriate safeguards when personal information is communicated outside Quebec
• Maintaining records of confidentiality incidents where required
• Providing access, correction, deletion, de-indexing, and data portability rights where available under applicable law

If we use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, or advertising technologies that are considered profiling, tracking, or identification technologies under Quebec law, we will handle those technologies in accordance with applicable Quebec consent and transparency requirements.

4. Personal Information We Collect

We may collect personal information directly from you when you complete a form, submit an application, communicate with us, or interact with our Platform.

The personal information we collect may include:

• Previous address, where required
• Housing status and monthly housing costs

B. Employment and income information

• Employment status
• Employer name
• Job title
• Length of employment
• Monthly or annual income
• Other income sources you choose to provide
• Employment contact details, where required by a Network Partner

C. Financial and credit-related information

• Self-reported credit range or credit situation
• Bankruptcy or consumer proposal status
• Existing vehicle financing information
• Debt or payment information you choose to provide
• Credit reports, credit scores, credit history, payment history, or trade-line information obtained by a Network Partner where you have provided authorization

D. Vehicle and financing preferences

• Desired vehicle type
• Preferred make or model
• Budget
• Target payment range
• Financing preferences

E. Technical and usage information

When you use our Platform, we may collect technical information such as:

• IP address
• Device type
• Browser type
• Operating system
• General location, such as city or province
• Form completion activity
• Page visits, clicks, and interaction data
• Cookie, pixel, and analytics information

MapleDrive does not record telephone calls as part of its standard process. Network Partners may separately record calls or communications with you in accordance with their own policies and legal obligations. If a Network Partner records a call, that recording is controlled by the Network Partner, not MapleDrive.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• To receive and process your vehicle financing request
• To review your request so it can be routed to appropriate dealerships or related automotive finance partners
• To match or route you to appropriate Network Partners
• To send your information to selected Network Partners who may contact you about your application
• To verify your identity and reduce fraud
• To communicate with you by phone, email, text message, or other channels about your application
• To help Network Partners contact you and determine whether they can offer financing or vehicle options
• To improve our forms, website experience, advertising, and application process
• To keep consent records, application records, transaction records, and compliance records
• To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, audit, dispute, or law enforcement requirements

Network Partners may report limited status or outcome information back to MapleDrive, such as whether they contacted you, whether they were able to assist with your request, whether a duplicate or invalid lead occurred, or whether a transaction moved forward. We use this information for lead quality tracking, billing, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.

We may use analytics and optimization tools, including tools provided by Keak AI, Inc., to understand how users interact with our forms and landing pages. These tools may help us test page layouts, improve user experience, reduce errors, and measure application completion rates. These tools do not make credit or financing decisions.

We do not use analytics, website optimization, or advertising tools to make lending, financing, or credit approval decisions. Any financing decision is made by a Network Partner, not by MapleDrive.

6. Consent

By submitting a financing request through the Platform, you consent to MapleDrive collecting, using, and disclosing your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Because financing applications may involve sensitive financial and credit-related information, we use express consent where required. This may include presenting consent language on or near an application form, submit button, or related application screen.

Your consent allows MapleDrive to:

• Collect and review the information you submit
• Use your information to review and route your request
• Share your information with selected Network Partners
• Allow Network Partners to contact you about your financing request
• Keep records of your application and consent
• Help facilitate credit checks by Network Partners where you have authorized them

You may withdraw your consent by contacting us at privacy@mapledrive.ca. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide our matching services. Withdrawal of consent does not affect information already lawfully disclosed to a Network Partner, and it does not prevent us from keeping records where required or permitted by law.

We keep records of consent, including application consent and marketing consent where applicable, so we can demonstrate when and how consent was provided.

7. Credit Inquiry Authorization

MapleDrive does not pull consumer credit reports itself. Credit inquiries, credit reviews, financing decisions, vehicle sales, and related financing communications are handled by Network Partners.

By submitting a financing application through MapleDrive, you understand and authorize selected Network Partners to obtain, review, and use credit-related information from credit reporting agencies, including Equifax Canada and/or TransUnion Canada, where required to assess your financing request.

This may include:

• Soft credit inquiries, which are generally used for pre-qualification and typically do not affect your credit score
• Hard credit inquiries, which may be used when a dealership, lender, or finance partner is reviewing or finalizing a financing application

You understand that hard credit inquiries may be visible to other creditors and may affect your credit score.

Not every application will result in a credit inquiry. A Network Partner may perform a credit inquiry after receiving your application and/or contacting you. The type and timing of any credit inquiry may depend on the Network Partner, the financing process, and your consent.

MapleDrive may help facilitate the transfer of your application information to Network Partners, but MapleDrive does not control whether a Network Partner performs a credit inquiry, approves financing, denies financing, sells a vehicle, records a call, or completes a transaction with you.

8. Sharing Personal Information

MapleDrive does not sell personal information as a standalone consumer database. We disclose personal information only as needed to provide our services, operate our Platform, comply with law, or support our business.

A. Network Partners

We may share your application information with selected Network Partners, including automotive dealerships and related automotive finance partners who may be able to assist with your vehicle financing request.

Once a Network Partner receives your information, its collection, use, storage, and disclosure of that information is governed by its own privacy policy and legal obligations. MapleDrive remains responsible for how we handle personal information while it is under our control.

Network Partners are independent businesses. MapleDrive does not control their credit processes, call practices, vehicle sales process, financing terms, credit review decisions, or post-transfer handling of personal information. You should review the privacy policy and consent terms of any Network Partner that contacts you.

B. Parent company and technology support

Keak AI, Inc. operates MapleDrive and may use information for technology support, hosting, analytics, form optimization, fraud prevention, reporting, and platform improvement, only for authorized business purposes connected to MapleDrive's services.

C. Service providers

We may use trusted service providers to support our business, including:

• Cloud hosting providers
• Database and security providers
• SMS and email delivery platforms
• Analytics and advertising platforms
• Fraud prevention tools
• Customer support and communication tools

These service providers may only use personal information for the services they provide to us, unless otherwise permitted by law.

D. Legal and compliance disclosures

We may disclose personal information where required or permitted by law, including in response to a court order, subpoena, regulatory request, law enforcement request, audit, fraud investigation, or other legal process.

E. Business transactions

If MapleDrive is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar business transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate privacy protections.

9. Cross-Border Storage and Processing

We aim to use secure systems and service providers appropriate for the sensitivity of the information we handle. Personal information may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

When personal information is stored or processed outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws, courts, law enforcement, or government authorities of that jurisdiction.

We use contractual and other safeguards designed to protect personal information when it is processed by service providers outside Canada. Where required for Quebec residents, we will consider applicable legal requirements before communicating personal information outside Quebec and will use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

10. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies on our Platform.

These technologies may be used to:

• Keep forms working properly
• Remember information during a multi-step application process
• Measure website traffic and form performance
• Understand which ads or pages led to an application
• Improve user experience
• Deliver or measure advertising, including retargeting ads

We may use third-party advertising or analytics tools, including tools from platforms such as Meta or Google.

Where required by law, we will obtain consent before using non-essential cookies or tracking technologies. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Platform may not work properly.

For Quebec residents, where a technology identifies, locates, or profiles a user within the meaning of Quebec privacy law, we will provide the required transparency and obtain consent where required before using that technology.

11. Marketing Communications

Submitting a financing application does not automatically mean you have agreed to receive unrelated marketing messages.

Where required by CASL, we will obtain your express consent before sending promotional emails, text messages, or other commercial electronic messages. Any marketing message we send will identify the sender and include a way to unsubscribe.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send transactional or application-related messages about a financing request you submitted.

If you receive a marketing message from MapleDrive and believe you did not consent, please contact us at privacy@mapledrive.ca so we can review and update our records.

12. Retention of Personal Information

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required or permitted by law.

In general:

• Active application information may be kept while we process and match your financing request
• Some application, consent, transaction, and compliance records may be kept for up to seven years where needed for legal, audit, tax, regulatory, dispute, or business record purposes
• Information may be deleted, anonymized, or de-identified when it is no longer needed

If you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify your personal information where legally permitted. Some records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.

13. Accuracy

We rely on you to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a financing request. We may update, correct, or supplement application information where needed to process your request, prevent fraud, comply with law, or respond to an access or correction request.

You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information by contacting privacy@mapledrive.ca.

14. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, theft, copying, or modification.

These safeguards may include:

• Secure transmission using HTTPS/TLS
• Access controls
• Password and account protections
• Encryption where appropriate
• Vendor security controls
• Internal privacy and data handling procedures
• Limiting access to employees or service providers who need the information for authorized purposes

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe your information has been misused or compromised, please contact us immediately.

15. Privacy Incidents

If we become aware of a privacy or security incident involving personal information, we will assess the incident and take appropriate steps to contain, investigate, and remediate it.

Where required by law, we will notify affected individuals, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, and/or applicable provincial privacy regulators if the incident creates a real risk of significant harm.

We will also keep records of privacy breaches as required by applicable law.

Subject to legal limits, you may have the right to:

17. Children and Age Restrictions

Our services are intended for individuals who are old enough to enter into financing-related transactions in their province or territory. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or individuals under the applicable age of majority for financing purposes.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our business, technology, legal obligations, or privacy practices.

When we update the Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice, such as a website notice or direct communication to active applicants where appropriate.
