All financing decisions are made by Partners.

5. Credit Checks and Authorization

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • MapleDrive and its Partners may conduct credit checks to assess eligibility
  • These checks may include both soft and hard inquiries
  • Your consent is provided when you submit your information
  • Refusing or withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide services

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree that:

  • All information you submit is accurate and complete
  • You have the legal right to provide such information
